WHY RAW & COLD PRESSED?
Just like with food, the way skincare ingredients are processed matters. Consider the difference between an organic potato and organic potato chips. As a plant moves further away from its natural form, it loses its vital nutrients and becomes infused with unwanted additives.
Cold-pressing is a method of extracting oils from seeds or plants to keep all the vital nutrients in while keeping the extra stuff out.
Basically, instead of using heat and chemicals to extract oils from plants, a gentler, mechanical process is used.
Everything we put on our face is absorbed into our body, our largest organ.
