Shipping Policy

Sacred Rituel ships from California to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). All orders are covered by Shopify's Shop Promise delivery guarantee.

Free shipping and flat rate

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $90.

Orders under $90 ship for a $7 flat rate via economy shipping.

Most of our individual products — including the Sacred Serum and Sacred Glow Serum — qualify for free shipping on their own at regular pricing.

Processing time

Orders placed before 11 AM PST ship the next business day (weekends and US holidays excluded). Standard USPS Priority delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days from our California fulfillment location.

Express shipping

For faster delivery, express shipping options are available at checkout, typically ranging from $12 to $25 depending on the service selected. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the service you choose.

Carriers

We primarily use FedEx for most shipments. For specific destinations — Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — we use USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping, choosing the appropriate flat rate box size for your order.

International

Sacred Rituel currently ships within the United States only. International shipping and duties make direct-to-consumer delivery impractical at this time.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact our customer support team at customer@sacredrituel.com with your order number and we'll make it right. For shipments valued over $99, USPS Priority includes free tracking and covers up to $99 in value if a package is lost or damaged.
