Our Promise

Sacred Rituel is precisely formulated with organic ingredients to work for all skin types. Everyone's skin and routines are different, and finding the perfect ritual sometimes takes experimentation. That's why we offer a generous return window: 45 days from the date of purchase, or 30 days from the date you received the product — whichever is longer.

Our mission and values demand that every customer is treated with respect and left satisfied with our brand, regardless of the outcome. We give every customer the benefit of the doubt. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

How to request a return

To initiate a return,  login to your account, find the relevant order, and follow the steps to request a return. If you run into any issues, reach our customer support team at customer@sacredrituel.com or access our live chat support

We review return requests within 48 hours and reply with the steps to complete the process. Please do not send the product back without an approved return — we won't be able to accept it or process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we send you a notification (via email or SMS) within 48 hours with an approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund is processed and credited to your original payment method within 48 hours. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund after 7 days of our refund notification, first contact your credit card company — it may take them additional time to post the refund. If you still need help, email customer@sacredrituel.com.

Damaged or defective items

We replace any defective or damaged product at no cost to you. Contact us at customer@sacredrituel.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll expedite a replacement order immediately.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Our customer support team can supply a return shipping label once your return request has been approved — just ask.

If you're shipping an item valued over $99, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. USPS Priority includes free tracking and covers up to $99 in value if a package is lost or damaged.
